Performance Stance Dubs Inc. typically ship all in-stock orders within 1-3 business days of your order being placed. All orders placed on a weekend or holiday closure will be processed the next business day. In the event of a backorder or out of stock item we will do our best to contact you by phone or email with an estimated ship date for the item(s) you ordered. Some items are noted as special-order or require lead-times, so please keep that in mind when ordering such products.
Performance Stance Dubs Inc. uses Canada Post, Purolator, UPS and Fed Ex as our primary shipping companies. Performance Stance Dubs Inc. will make every attempt to ship your order using the method you selected at checkout but in some cases we will ship with an alternative shipping method without notice. Performance Stance Dubs Inc. is not responsible for any delays caused by any shipping company.
Performance Stance Dubs Inc. webstore estimates shipping costs to the best of its ability using standard shipping company data bases and dimension data that is entered. All shipping costs are not final and Performance Stance Dubs Inc. has the right to change shipping cost. Once recalculations of shipping costs are made, a notification will be sent by phone or email. Once recalculated and shipping costs are paid, and only then will Performance Stance Dubs Inc. ship out your order.
All quoted shipping charges include insurance, handling, and shipping. If your email is provided to us, you will receive your tracking information.
Some items are classified by both carriers as oversized items. Examples of such items would include, but are not limited to; exhausts, brake kits, suspension packages, etc. As such, extra charges may apply. You will be provided with a quote at the time of your time of purchase. Spot quotes on shipping are valid for 15 days from the initial quote.
Free shipping is for Canada only and covers all items that are listed as Free shipping. If a Free shipping item is purchased with a non-Free shipping item or oversized item, the shipping cost will be calculated at check out for non-Free shipping items.
To initiate the return process, please call or email Performance Stance Dubs Inc.. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number. The RMA number, receipt/Proof of Purchase, and item + original packaging must be included for a return to be valid.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All items being returned must be in new, undamaged condition, and in the original packaging. Any item that has been installed on a vehicle will not be eligible for return. Customers have a 30 day window from the time of the original shipping date to return an item. Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Performance Stance Dubs Inc. is not responsible for the shipping costs of returns, nor will the initial shipping cost of the item(s) be refunded or reimbursed upon return of said item.
We highly recommend insuring items for return, but that is left to the discretion of the customer. Performance Stance Dubs Inc. is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items. Items can either be exchanged or refunded to the original payment method depending on preference. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Certain items are non-returnable this includes but is not limited to: special order items, electronic items (items with electrical components), tools, and on sale/clearance item. These items cannot be returned for a refund or store credit. Under no circumstances will Performance Stance Dubs Inc. reimburse or pay for any parts/labor charges related to an incorrect, faulty, or defective product.
Please note, when ordering an item, it is incumbent upon the customer to choose the correct item or product for their vehicle. Please ensure you are providing the correct make, model, and year, as well as engine and drivetrain layout when ordering. Mix-ups happen, and Performance Stance Dubs Inc. prides itself on helping and providing information to customers when they occur. If you are unsure of whether an item will fit your vehicle, please contact Performance Stance Dubs Inc. and speak to a representative.
We are aware that glitches occur, and sometimes the wrong item is sent. If this occurs, contact us immediately to notify us of the discrepancy. We will work with you to sort out the issue.
Returned and Refused Shipments
All shipments refused by the receiver or returned undeliverable will be processed as a return according to Performance Stance Dubs Inc. return policy.
Performance Stance Dubs Inc. tries to ensure all customers receive the parts they have ordered, however mistakes do happen. In the event that Performance Stance Dubs Inc. ships the incorrect item, Performance Stance Dubs Inc. will provide a return label so the incorrect item can be returned. A return label will only be issued to the address the item was originally shipped to. Performance Stance Dubs Inc. will only send out the correct item once the incorrect item is received in the original packaging. Replacement items will only be shipped to the address on the original order. Performance Stance Dubs Inc. will not provide a refund or store credit for mis-shipped items. All mis-shipped items should be claimed within 3 days of receiving shipment. All mis-shipped items that were attempted to be installed or are not in the original package will be refused.
Pricing or Typographical Errors
Performance Stance Dubs Inc. does its best to keep current and accurate pricing and descriptions of our products and services. However changes can and do occur with little notice. If pricing or information is incorrect with regards to a product or service, the company maintains the right to refuse or cancel any and all orders placed for the item(s). Images on Stancedub.com webstore are for visual purposes only and does not necessarily mean the actual picture of the part listed will be shipped.
Some parts Performance Stance Dubs Inc. offers are for off-road use only. As with any racing activity, there are risks associated with performing performance modifications to any vehicle. All product installations are at the customers own risk. Performance Stance Dubs Inc. holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using aftermarket performance products.
We suggest you contact Performance Stance Dubs Inc. prior to shipping a part back to determine if warranty applies.
All manufacturers require a proper shop diagnosis and/or paperwork with a description of the problem or defect in order to be submitted for warranty review. All products must be returned in the original packaging, including labeling, manuals, hardware, etc.
Warranties are non-transferable, and only apply to the original purchaser of the products(s). Refunds are not provided for any warranty transaction.
All products must be installed by a certified dealership or licensed repair facility in order for the product warranty to be valid. Performance Stance Dubs Inc. recommends you retain any receipts/invoices in the event that you need to request a warranty. In some cases the manufacturer may require the item be sent to them directly for inspection and testing. Performance Stance Dubs Inc. does not guarantee that any products will be warrantied until the inspection and testing is completed. In some cases warranties will be denied and Performance Stance Dubs Inc. must return the product(s) to the customer. The return shipping will be at the customer’s expense. Performance Stance Dubs Inc. is not responsible for any damages that may have occurred by using the products that we sell. Performance Stance Dubs Inc. does not provide any compensation for consequential, incidental and contingent damages or costs incurred of any kind, including the cost incurred directly or indirectly in relation to products sold by Performance Stance Dubs Inc. including labor or product coverage.
Customer assumes all shipping costs to Performance Stance Dubs Inc. and back. Performance Stance Dubs Inc. is not responsible for any duties, taxes, and brokerage fees for international shipments coming or going back for warranty. Performance Stance Dubs Inc. will only ship replacement products to the original address that the items were shipped to.
Most aftermarket and OEM parts offered by Performance Stance Dubs Inc. come with a warranty against manufacturer defect or failure for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers replacement or repair of the product, which is determined by availability, or vendor, and the time of purchase. If a product is used or installed outside of its intended purpose or the product has been modified in any way the warranty will be voided. Please contact Performance Stance Dubs Inc. for any warranty coverage info before purchase. All products must be installed by a certified dealership or licensed repair facility in order for the product warranty to be valid. Performance Stance Dubs Inc. recommends you retain any receipts/invoices in the event that you need to request a warranty. Genuine and OEM products sold or shipped outside of Canada are sold as is with no expressed or implied warranty. All orders with clearance prices, discontinued or final sale items do not qualify for warranty replacement of an equal item. These items are sold as is, no warranty as they are not replaceable.
Some items which are termed “wear items” or commonly involved in misdiagnosis and are excluded from Performance Stance Dubs Inc. Warranty Policy, these items include but are not limited to:
- Brake components (Brake pads, rotors, etc.)
- Clutch Components (Flywheels, disk, pressure plate, etc.)
- Electrical Components (Sensors, switches, bulbs, etc.)
